Exhibitor Guidelines
To maintain a safe and organized festival environment, all exhibitors must adhere to the following rules. Compliance ensures a positive experience for vendors and visitors alike.
What are the setup and teardown times?
Exhibitors may begin setting up their booths starting at 8:00 AM on the first day of the festival. All booths must be fully operational by 5:00 PM by the first day of the festival. Vendors are required to stay open during the stated festival hours. Teardown is not permitted before the festival closes at 5:00 PM on Sunday, October 4th.
Are there restrictions on booth displays?
Booth displays must fit within the assigned space and not obstruct walkways. Use of open flames or hazardous materials is prohibited. All signage should be professional and free of offensive content.What are the health and safety requirements?
Exhibitors handling food must comply with local health regulations and obtain necessary permits. All electrical equipment must meet safety standards.
How is parking and vehicle access managed?
Vehicle are not permitted inside the festival during festival hours. Parking is available in designated lots nearby. Loading and unloading must be completed during setup and teardown times only.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the festival start date. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the exhibitor agreement.
