Pageant Volunteers

| Decorating | 3 Hours | Decorate stage area and complete set-up | Must be able to work with their hands, be on your feet and think creatively |
| Tear Down | 1.5 Hours | Stay after pageant and tear down decorations & sets | Must be able to work in the evening right after the event and pictures |
Ameriana Parade Volunteers

Flower Parade Volunteers

| Parade Route Control | 2-3 Hours | Line the parade route to maintain control and direct the kids on the parade route. Keep parents & grandparents back, block cars from the alley ways and work with police to be sure no one gets into the parade route that shouldn’t. | Must be authoritative and dillgent during the entire parade. Position will require standing or walking during the entire event. Must be able to stay in the place your are assigned and be dependable. May required the use of a radio. |
Home Arts Volunteers

| Set-up | 7 Hours | showcase and secure all entries and place correct ribbon on each entry | Able to climb ladders, move tables and help showcase all entries |

Photography Fine Arts Volunteers

| Set-up | 8 Hours | Preferable in 2 – 4 hours shifts, people needed to help bring in and set-up art in Crazy Lake building. Will welcome, facilitiate and direct artists from their vehicles to their place in the gallery. | Must be warm and helpful and cognizant of the value of the art. Must be able to direct people and troubleshoot if necessary to arrange art in an area where we haven’t been before. May need to read a map/layout. |
